By downloading, installing, or playing Sortello (available on Android, Reddit, and web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
2. Use License
ByteSolo Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play Sortello for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All game mechanics, puzzle layouts, solver algorithms, sound effects, visual animations, trademarks, and the Sortello wordmark and logo are the exclusive intellectual property of ByteSolo Labs and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Conduct & Fairness
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or create unauthorized automated bots for Sortello or interfere with other players' fair enjoyment of daily challenges and community competitions.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Sortello is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. ByteSolo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of the game.
